The Premier’s Design Awards are a biennial awards program developed by the Victorian State Government to recognise excellence in Victorian design. Held every two years, the Awards showcase exceptional design that present design solutions of the highest quality and communicate the value of good design to a broad local and international audience.
In 2008, Premier Design Marks were presented to design practitioners across multiple disciplines. As the highest acknowledgement of Victorian design excellence, these Marks represent exemplary work in terms of skill, service, social awareness and contribution to a sustainable future.
In 2010, the Premier’s Design Awards will once more be offered. Further details to come in the coming months.
